To make the Call Collect/Reverse Charge call, you will need to make a call. Inform the hotel receptionist or the telephone operator that you wish to make such a call.

To give you more efficient service, when making the call have the following information handy:

Telephone numbers where you are, including the country and/or city code and room number, where you can be contacted later.
Name of the voucher holder who requires assistance.
Voucher number.
Information on the place where you are to be attended (hotel address, etc).

IMPORTANT:

Generally, all telephones allow it, but it is common for hotels to reject this facility because they prefer to bill the call. In this case, pay for it, request and keep a receipt so that we can reimburse you for the cost of the call.
